FWIW, I bought TEO at 52-week

FWIW, I bought TEO at 52-week low above 17 in October and sold out a little below 22 a couple of weeks ago.  Relative to today's price, I've collected my TEO div twice with interest and moved on.  I agree with short-term tailwinds with little risk.  I'm just sharing some what I see as quite a few mid-term challenges that seem to me to put a lid on the upside for a while ex div.  That makes it an opportunity cost relative to other companies with much more promising mid-terms, IMHO.
